THE TEAM
Jane Chisholm (Senior Partner) has been a partner with TSH Burns & Son for over 20 years. Jane specialises in Conveyancing Practice and Licensing Board work and also brings her expertise to the preparation of wills, trusts, executry estates and crofting law. Jane has played a major role in the expansion of the firm's property department and opening of the new branch office in Dingwall.
Jane takes an active interest in positively promoting local development initiatives through involvement with local organisations including Dingwall Academy School Board and Spa Limited in Strathpeffer, of which she is a Director.
Garry Cole is the firm's Property Manager and is responsible for sales, lettings, marketing and management of the property shop. Garry has more than 20 years experience of sales and marketing and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents - a professional body that issues a code of conduct and good practice advice for the sector. Prospective clients also benefit from regulation provided by the Law Society of Scotland.
Garry's understanding of property has been much enhanced by the challenges of completing his own self-build and renovation projects.
Rental Department
Fiona Coats is focused on the delivery and development of the firms' professional leasing activities. She has accumulated 12 years experience within the lettings and sales industry both here in the Highlands of Scotland and in Switzerland. With her friendly and professional approach she has managed large property portfolios as well as the private Landlord and will be happy to provide relevant detailed advice to our clients both locally and to those afield. Being a landlord herself Fiona is also a member of the Scottish Landlord Association.
Her knowledge and experience ensures that our front line property services run smoothly and efficiently.
Other members of our team include secretarial, financial and administration staff providing invaluable support within each TSH & Son branch office.
